Yes, One applicant can apply for up to 30 people, such as family members, and can proceed with the K-ETA payment as well.

When typing in the place of residence, you can enter the address of the place you are typically staying. If you roughly enter the street name address, many similar name addresses may be searched. Therefore, when entering an address, you can easily search by entering the five-digit postal code and the address of the street name in English (excluding building numbers/special symbols). 

1. If the payment window does not appear even though you clicked the payment button, please check if the pub-up blocking function of your Internet browser is turned off. (It is recommended to use Chrome because Safari sometimes does not work.)

2. If the payment window appears, enter your card number, and the payment is not completed, please check the message that appears after the payment. An error usually occurs when you use a card that does not match the card number or is not available card.

Korea Electronic Travel Authorization is a system in which foreigners who want to enter Korea for the purpose of sightseeing, visiting relatives, participating in various events or meetings, or commercial business (excluding those for profit) receive travel permits online.

You must have a valid passport and e-mail address, a credit card and a debit card to pay the K-ETA application fee. Also, we need a photo file to upload a picture of your face.

You must apply at least 72 hours before boarding aircraft and ships bound for Korea.

You can usually receive the results of the examination by e-mail within 72 hours after applying for K-ETA, and it may take several days depending on the applicant's situation.

The K-ETA application fee is $33 (additional fee, etc.) and after paying the fee, it will not be refunded even if K-ETA is not allowed.
