If you want to enter the Republic of Korea after being notified of K-ETA's disapproval, you should visit the local Korean Embassy (Consulate General) where you are staying and get a Korean Entry Visa (VISA).

No, you can apply for K-ETA only in English. However, information such as question items can be checked in English and Korean.

If you have any questions about K-ETA, you can make online inquiries in four languages (Korean, English, Thai, and Russian) on the K-ETA website.

Even if K-ETA is approved in the COVID-19 situation, you must receive quarantine-related documents such as PCR negative confirmation.

Due to the large number of K-ETA applications from around the world, the photo has a capacity of 100KB and a limit of less than 700 pixels by width. 

When you enter your place of stay, you can enter the address of your representative place of stay. In addition, if the address of the place of residence has changed after obtaining K-ETA permission, You must modify it at the top of the K-ETA homepage from [K-ETA Application Results] to [Application Information Modification]. Please note that there may be disadvantages if you do not change your stay.

You will receive a temporary saved K-ETA application if you have one. If you stop filling out the K-ETA application form and subsequently fill out the new application form from the beginning, you will receive the corresponding email. If you have received a K-ETA approval e-mail, or if it is confirmed as normal on the K-ETA website [K-ETA application result] - [K-ETA result inquiry], you do not have to worry about the e-mail.
